TV shuts down and needs to be unplugged to restart

My new Hisense roku tv has a perplexing issue. It will shut down to his ends soon screen power off and back to his Hisence screen continuing until I unplug tv. This happens when being remote and even randomly. The remote works after this but not during shut down start up

    Have you tried restarting your Roku? Just turning it off or on won't give a full reset, we recommend restarting your Roku using the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.

    Let us know if there's any difference after.
