Tv shut off completely and no red/white light is on

HELP PLEASE 

I was playing a game on my switch that is connected to my tv and my roku tv just completely went black and shut off. There is no red light to show that it’s off at all and i’ve unplugged my tv and plugged back up. I’ve tried to hold down the power button on the actual tv and nothing happens. I’ve even held down the reset button. please help! #rokutv #shutoff

    Hi hvparker1, 

    Welcome to the Roku Community. 

    Have there any recent changes with your Roku TV, that could lead to the issue occurring? Could you unplug the device from the power source for 10 - 15 minutes and see if there's any difference after?
