Did they just put out an update to break all Roku TVs? I have an onn. 55in Roku tv and my sound is working and I can hear myself clicking through the apps but my screen is frozen. Shut it off, nothing. Unplugged it all night and plugged it back in, nothing. Factory reset it with the button on the back, nothing. I don’t understand. @ Roku is there any way to fix this?

Can you specify which Roku TV-manufactured brand this is? (e.g., ONN, TCL, Hisense) Also, have you tried plugging your Roku TV into a different power outlet?

It is a TCL. I've done everything suggested in all posts - unplugged, plugged in elsewhere, cleared cache, factory reset. Thanks anyway, but I put it in the garbage.
i just put 2 roku 50" tvs in the trash,both screens went black,if one little back light bulb goes bad then the tv is no good!
