Tv not turning on but red light is flashing

My tv won’t turn on but the red light on the front of it keeps flashing we’ve tried power cycling it and trying to reset it with the reset button and it still won’t work it makes the clicking noise like it’s trying to turn on but then doesn’t and the light keeps flashing. We even tried disconnecting all hdmi cords we had plugged in

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like your Roku TV isn't turning on anymore, and we're here to assist. First, make sure the TV is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Then, try turning it on using the power button on the TV itself, and try plugging it into a different outlet.

Additionally, a flashing red light on Roku TV typically means the device isn't receiving enough power. If the issue continues, please use this link to contact your Roku TV support.

    Thanks,

  • Try a different power cord and/or a different outlet.... if plugged into a surge protector, try plugging directly into an outlet.

It is possible that the main board on the TV has gone bad though.  What brand is the TV?  I would reach out to them if it is a third-party brand like TCL.

Onn is basically Walmart's brand.  Onn and those other budget level brands are not known for their reliability as they tend to use cheaper components. I would suggest reaching out to Onn's customer support.
