Do you have the latest Roku TV software version? Also, which model is having the issue? Lastly, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

No it's a older tv not sure what year I think it's possibly from 2016-18 it's a tcl Roku TV I've tried troubleshooting it multiple times nothing quite works besides factory resetting it which is only a temporary fix

Can you share the latest software version of the Roku TV? (Check under Settings > System > About). Also, a video of it would be helpful.
