TV has internet but Roku won't connect

I have a Roku Ultra and an LP smart television. All of the sudden, my Roku lost internet connection while watching a movie. I have restarted my home network router and have restarted the Roku to no avail. The TV has internet service as do all my computers in the house. I even changed out the old roku with a brand new one. Strange. Any suggestions?

    Do you get any error messages or codes when you try to connect to Wi-Fi?  Is your Ultra close enough to your router that you could use an Ethernet cable?

    If you can, try to connect to your phone's hotspot just to test the Wi-Fi connection of the Ultra.
