Tv cuts off by pressing any button on the remote

Anyone know how to fix it? Apparently the incompetent Roku employees dont have any idea based on what I've read. I've wasted two hours to no avail trying to solve this problem. Can someone help me please?

 

P.S. Roku products suck

    To help me dive deeper into this, can you please share a bit more info about your device?

    • When did you first notice this issue?
    • Does it occur with just one specific app or show, or does it happen across all apps and shows on your Roku?
    • What is the current software version of your Roku?
    • What steps have you already tried to resolve the issue?
