Trying to figure out my Roku TCL TV

When I’m watching NBA TV in 4K some reason I am experienced fuzzy and blurry picture, and if I try to watch it, it would make me go blind. It looks like it just needs some type of adjustment on your side where the picture would get better. This is for my Roku TCL tv.
