I have the same issue with my 43” Westinghouse Roku tv, tried everything also downloaded Roku new program but the tv does not see USB port.

This may be linked to the USB port having an issue. (even if you never used it, except apparently to update it via USB). Inspect the USB port with flashlight or take a picture with your phone so you can zoom in and see if you have a bent or crossed pin or possibly debris. Use a Q-tip or plug in a USB flash/thumb drive and see if that helps.
