This is just a way how they can maximize their profit but twisting our head ... like immunity from suit.
And has been noted many times: Virtually everything you buy or pay for these days has a binding arbitration clause. Credit cards, cars, most any kind of service, etc... You can thank AT&T and the Supreme Court for that.
