Been battling this since October. The screensaver comes up when I turn my TV on. I have to keep turning the TV off and on to make the actual TV shows come on. Google tells me to go to Theme to turn off the screensaver. There is not a ‘theme’ choice anywhere in my settings. How do I get rid of the screensaver without a ‘theme’ choice?

Could you please clarify if...
In the meantime, can you also take a picture of your Settings menu so we can examine the options you have there? All Roku devices/TVs have a "Theme" option under "Settings."
