The Roku TV having a problem with the display

Okay since this sight obviously is annoying me...my moms tv was working last night 

She woke up this morning to it being black n white but if you press the buttons you can tell the apps are still there and the sound works. 

I've tried restarting it n yes I've looked for scratches n things it is not broken....its actually pretty new...so idk what's going on

    What brand and model of TV?   Can you upload a picture of what it is doing?  You could try unplugging it for a minute or two or try seeing if you can factory reset it and see if that helps.  If not, it could be a bad TV and if the TV is new, I would suggest trying to either return it or contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
