My Roku tv will not respond when I hit the settings button (*). I have tried the remote, the app, new batteries, restarting the tv, re pairing the remote, systems resetting the tv, and removing the remote app on my phone and reinstalling it. Nothing works.

When I hit the * button, nothing happens. I have tried restarting the tv, using the app, restarting the remote, changing the batteries, and checking for any and all system updates. Nothing fixes it. This is the only button that will not work and it’s not working through the tv, not the remote. Because the tv is recognizing I’m clicking buttons but is not responding
