The Roku remote needs repairs 2-3 times before functioning properly and has recurring issues.

I purchased the latest version of Roku ultra. I thought this was a great rechargeable remote, won't have to worry about batteries. The remote only works part time. I have to re-pair two or three times everyday. Customer support is clueless. They tell me how to re-pair.I already know how to do that. It doesn't fix the problem. So they send me the Pro 2 version. Same thing, this remote has the same problem. So, their suggestion is I buy a third remote. That's not happening. I'm throwing Roku in the trash an going with something that really works.

    We've checked your concern, and we assess that it could be a spotty Wi-fi connection which is why it keeps on disconnecting. 

    To help us know if that's the case, can you please try restarting your modem/router, and see if that makes any difference?
