kobedata, you must be looking in the wrong Settings. Press Home on your Roku remote a couple of times to get to the Home Screen, select Settings from the menu on the left, and then System will be one of the options. Scroll up or down to find it.
Nope, I know what settings means. You're assuming I have a Roku tv, I do not, I have the Roku app on my Samsung tv.
System is not a option under settings.

kobedata, you should have made that clear. Given that this thread is in the "Roku setup" section (where it doesn't belong), no one would ever guess you were using the Roku app on a non-Roku device. I'm not real sure what section of the "community" applies to your situation or even if Roku has any troubleshooting information for their app on other TVs anywhere on their website, but very few people here use it given that the vast majority have actual Roku devices. The moderator's answer, as they all too often do, makes no sense given that the OP is trying to view the show in a browser. You can try restarting your TV by whatever means it offers or just unplug the power. I'd be surprised if that helps, but you never know.

Thanks for that spiteful and belligerent reply and instructions on what should and shouldn't be posted as you do your post-game quarterbacking. I do have a Roku TV and it not an issue there, only on the TV where I'm using the Roku app. And I'm seeing a lot of complaints about this, of course I've done every reset imaginable even removed and reinstalled the app.
I logged on to this site for support not grief, and it's not a surprise you're of no help so please move on, there may be someone with actual knowledge that can supply some insight.
