The Roku Channel Freezes during the live Rich Eisen Show

As described, constantly freezing during conversations/interviews/clips/etc. Have tried on Chrome and Firefox and freezing occurs on both.

    Little House on the Prarie too. Goes black then picture frozen then plays then black then nothing.

      Thanks for letting us know about your issue with the Roku channel. No worries; help is here. Please try the troubleshooting steps below.

      • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
      • Restart your Roku device: Press home on your Roku remote, select settings, select system, and system restart.
      • Re-install the channel: Scroll down to search, put the name of the channel or app, highlight the channel, and select add channel.

        After going to settings I don't have the system option.
