It started yesterday when I turned it on. It has never happened before. I’ve tried soft and hard resetting, turning power off/on, adjusting cables. It isn’t giving me the option to add a photo

In this case, kindly provide me with your current software version under Settings > System > About. Also, kindly follow the steps provided below to help you provide us with a photo for reference:
To insert an image in a post:
- Start a new post.
- Click Insert Image.
- Choose an image source location.
- Follow the on-screen instructions

This doesn't make any sense. I have the image but "source" doesn't tell me anything. I've tried dragging it in, copying the location from my computer, copy and pasting the image....
It's version ETA.50R02920A model 65R6A5R
If there is an email I can send the photo to, please let me know as that would be far easier. Thanks!
