We'd like to assess your concern better and would be better if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:
- When did this initially happen?
- Did something happen to your TV before you discovered this?
- Did this happen even the first time you just activated your Roku TV?
- A photo of it for reference.

It started yesterday when I turned it on. It has never happened before. I’ve tried soft and hard resetting, turning power off/on, adjusting cables. It isn’t giving me the option to add a photo

In this case, kindly provide me with your current software version under Settings > System > About. Also, kindly follow the steps provided below to help you provide us with a photo for reference:
To insert an image in a post:
- Start a new post.
- Click Insert Image.
- Choose an image source location.
- Follow the on-screen instructions
