The eye in the diner on the Roku TV screensaver?

I haven't looked at the default screensaver in a while, but today I noticed what looks like a giant eye in the far right of the window of the diner. It looks like it might be a dinosaur or dragon but I can't imagine why that would be in a diner? Is there anything it could actually be to reference any movies or shows?

    Also could be diner in MIB2_"u like pie?". The eye would be a reference to an alien...even tho not in movie diner scene.

    No idea that it is, I just noticed it today as well.   I also noticed that on every 3rd rotation there looks to be the Hogwarts castle with a dragon on the roof.
