TCL Roku TVs not connected to wifi

I have two TCL Roku TVs with the same problem. Suddenly, they won't stay connected to my wifi network. All other devices on the network are fine.  I have done the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. unplugged and restarted modem and both tvs
  2. Did system restart on both tvs
  3. reset network connection
  4. On one of the tvs, I even did the factory reset

I have been able to reconnect, but only temporarily. The fact that it happening on two different TCL Roku tvs is puzzling to me. All other devices are working fine with wifi.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I'm having the same problem with a TCL Roku 43" TV

It will not register any wifi signals. I click scan again, it blips and sits at the same screen. Keep selecting scan and nothing

We understand that your Roku TV won't detect any network, and we're here to help.

Please give these steps a try.

        1. Restart your Roku TV. (By going to Settings > System > Power > System Restart)
        2. Restart your router and modem. (Unplug and replug after 10 seconds and wait for them to restart)
        3. Reset your Network Connection (navigate to Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Network Connection Reset > Reset Connection)
