Try connecting to an alternate network like your phone's hotspot if you can. It's not a solution, but then you'll know if it's the TV or something about your network.
Wi-Fi has an excellent connection, but none of the apps work-- not even YouTube. Says I need to connect to Internet. I unplugged from the power outlet, turned off TV, restarted Wi-Fi modem, and nothing has worked YET. Other electronics are connected and working fine.
