TCL Roku tv won’t send me an email to connect my account
I’m stuck in the “Activate your tv” menu. Entering my email address (I’ve tried three different email addresses; they all end up the same) leaves me with “it seems we are unable to contact you.” I choose the “activate with QR code,” it starts like it going to do something, and then the menu just refreshes.
i just found the issue report tracker (home 5 times, then back 5 times) and it gives me:

What do I do to get this back up and running?

If you're having trouble receiving the Roku activation email, double-check your email address, check your spam folder, and consider using a different browser or device to access the activation link.
Additionally, you can perform a power cycle before starting the activation process again.
