TCL Roku TV with White Screen

We had our 50" TCL Roku TV for 5yrs haven't ever had the issue like this it, was fine on Sunday 5/19 in the morning watched some TV color was fine. Came back after going out in the afternoon. Turn TV on and screen is white,  almost like a negative picture. Sound and all the other features work perfectly. No lagging or anything. Just a white, negative picture on screen. Tried every troubleshooting method recommended to us. Still have the screen issue with the TV. Please help I dont want to buy a new one.
