TCL Roku TV will not power two HDMI ports.

If I have two devices plugged into my TV, I cannot simply switch HDMI ports to use the second device. I have to unplug one device in order to use the other.

It doesn't matter what type of devices I use anytime I plug in a second device I have to unplug one or the other in order for the HDMI port to run one or the other.

Any one run into this before?
