Roku does not own TCL. That is a third party manufacturer where TCL pays Roku a licensing fee to use their operating system on their TV's. TCL's and other budget brands are known for their issues. I would suggest contact TCL support directly for technical/warranty support, especially if you have had the TV for less than a year as it would be possible to get warranty support/replacement if they can't help you fix the issue.
