TCL Roku TV update stuck in boot loop

Hi, my TV recently updated but now won't boot up. I have tried wired/wireless and the update installs fine then can't boot. I also tried updating with the USB but it is saying "Update older than current software, downgrade not allowed".

    • What error message or error codes are you seeing when the TV tries to update? 
    • Have you tried connecting to a different internet service such as a Mobile Hotspot? 
    • Do you have a photo of the incident that you're currently experiencing?
