We have a TCL Roku TV. When rewinding and hitting play to get to a scene on Netflix, the rewind menu burned in. Now it looks like white paint splattered across the bottom of the TV. Did a factory reset and other restarts to no avail. It’s there even on the boot screen. Anyone have this happen?
I had a really old TV that did something similar. I though it was a thing of the past. Try contacting TCL to see what they have to say since there's no way they can blame it on the Roku software.

Ya. I called them and since the TV is a few years old, they can’t help beyond telling me to do a system restore. None of it worked. The TV is gone and Roku is unfortunately out of my life now. I did like that TV.
