TCL Roku TV Not Working With Network or Apps (already did a factory reset)

We have a TCL model 43S435 and the apps started to not work after the power was unplugged. It was connected to the wifi but it didn't load any apps, we did a system restart with the remote, and also...

I had the exact same issue. Purchased new model 50S451: not responding to the remote, tried to reset, then reset back to factory settings with on response, unplugged from power source and still no success. It shouldn't be this difficult to set up. Not sure what going on here.

    having the same problem with a TCL Roku TV. rebooted and everything but it's still not working

      • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
