Video won’t stream but music channels work fine. I have a Xfinity flex hooked up for emergencies and it works fine. I checked the network connection and it’s over 200 mbps. I thought about doing a factory reset but might reset my router and modem instead. Any ideas?

We'd like to understand this better. Can you specify what channels or shows are not streaming? When did you start having this issue? Lastly, have you already started restarting your device through Settings > System > Power (skip if option unavailable) > Restart?
