TCL Roku TV lost connection to account

I woke up this morning to watch TV and I am being asked to set up my Roku account just like when the TV was new.  Has anybody else experienced this?  Most disturbing is that my account information to YouTube TV is gone and I can't seem to be able to reassociate it without accepting the free trial or setting up a new account, which I already have. I need HELP!

    I've seen other reports of TVs spontaneously factory resetting themselves and I don't think it's a good sign.  I assume you set it up again.  Did you link it to the same Roku account that it was linked to previously?  Are you subscribed to Youtube TV through Roku or directly with Youtube/Google?  Any subscriptions you have through Roku should be automatically restored as long as you link to the same Roku account.
