TCL Roku tv keeps shutting down and powering on by itself

I’ve reset my tv multiple times,but for some reason it continues to just to the MAX app|channel and will not leave it. Everytime i get it to leave,it goes right back. Even if i power my tv off,it turns right back on by ITSELF seconds later and goes right back to the channel ! What could be causing this to happen???
