TCL Roku TV has lines on the bottom of the screen

I have similar issue since the update, though my other 55s515 dont have the issue. So for every Major Roku update since I got this tv has cause me issues. and would not be surprised if this cause that too.

And if this hardware issue then I question the quality of TCL/Roku I have LCD TV's and monitor 20 years old with 8+ hour of daily use on them with zero issue to this date not single deadpixel or line on them.
