TCL roku, have to setup with every update

Question

I have a TCL roku tv.&nbsp; Everytime there is an update, I have go through the setup like it's brand new TV.&nbsp; Is this normal? Every 3-4 weeks, I turn on the TV and I get prompted to go through setup like the day I bought it.&nbsp; I have to connect to wi-fi, connect my roku account, etc. Is this normal? It's really annoying.&nbsp;
