TCL Roku closes OTA live TV and goes to screensaver

While watching OTA the screen unexpectedly switches to home screen, then launches the screensaver. This 2019 TCL Roku 32S327 started doing this about 01/08/2025, which is the date of our last update. It is now vs. 14.1.4 build 7709. We have tried changing some settings, but it's still doing it. We also lost our power on setting to default to Antenna input (Live TV) with that update. So now its also an annoying sequence of screens to get to a live TV menu, then scroll past the unwanted featured streaming channels to get back to our desired ota channels. And only happening on this unit.

    We'd like to take a closer look into your problem with OTA live TV. Can you please provide the following information?

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue arise, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
    • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
