System update loop 2/22/23

Is the system update loop I can’t get past to on my Roku tv have anything to do with the maintenance that’s going to happen tomorrow? Turned my tv on and no apps would work. Did some trouble shootin...

    Onn is who I called 1st and told me I need to contact Roku.

      Please reply here with the serial number of your Roku TV. It consists of 12 alphanumeric characters and can be located at the back of the device itself. You can also view it through our website my.roku.com. To do this, go to My Account, then scroll down to the bottom part of the screen to see the devices' information linked to your Roku email. We'll be able to further assist you from there.
