Sunbrite TV 55” Veranda series

I cannot get the Roku remote to pair for power and volume control. Sunbrite says it is a Sony chipset bit that option doesn’t work in the Roku remote setup. The Sunbrite tried everything he knew to try, but no dice. Any help is appreciated.

    Kindly make sure that the CEC is enabled on your TV. Additionally, perform the steps below to completely set up the remote on your device:

    1. Navigate to Settings.
    2. Select remotes and devices
    3. Select Remotes, followed by your remote.
    4. Select Set up a remote for TV control.
