Suddenly I can't use tv normally
When I turn tv, I cant control tv with remote anymore, it just keep scrolling endlessly...I did reboot system but still the same issue..very stupid problem...

You need to provide more information. Is this a Roku TV (sold by Roku or some other manufacturer) or some other brand?
Take the batteries out of the remote and see if the scrolling continues. If it stops, there's probably something sticking one of the remote buttons, and they can sometimes be cleared with rapid button pressing.
