Stuck on System Update screen.

My roku has been stuck on the system update screen for 3 daya now. The remote cannot click on the update button, but is working on the screen behind it. I've restated the system and rebooted my router, but nothing. What do I do? Anyone ever have this issue? THANKS!

    Works on the screen behind it?  That sounds like the update screen is coming from your TV and not the Roku device.  Try using your TV's remote to get rid of it.  If that's not it, can you post a picture?
