Stuck on recovery mode language selection screen.

My internet went down for 5 days. When it came back on my tv was on recovery mode and stuck on the select language screen. Unable to toggle on said screen I have unplugged numerous times, I have pushed the reset button numerous times. I have done all I can think of. I had no physical remote but have since went and bought a Roku remote and still nothing.
