Stuck on "Connecting... Please wait a minute" for hours

My Phillips TV+Roku is stuck on "Connecting...Please wait a minute" for hours, I have disconnected power, reset the TV and nothing. My remote does not work at all, like I can't do anything on the TV. I really do not know what to do.
