Stuck in rebooting loop Sharp

There have been posts on this before. 
60 inch Sharp Roku 2 year old TV stuck in the rebooting loop.

all the troubleshooting steps are performed, ALL OF THEM. 

Shapr says it’s software, you guys have said it’s hardware. 

did anyone find the solution?

how can I fix it?
