I am having the same issue- (see my long summary in this feed)
I have a Streaming Stick 4K - just got in May 2024. I am using the USB power cable with long range wifi receiver built in to the cord which connects to the stick.
Came home, remote wasn't working. pressed all buttons, nothing.
Did all the troubleshooting. Tried to re-pair using recommended steps but the light won't blink, so its not pairing. I tried multiple times. Once the lights blinked, i waited for it to do its thing...then nothing.
Have done factory reset and tried again.
Can't get passed pairing screen because I can't select on anything on the screen because remote buttons don't work and when i do the pairing steps, the LED lights in remote don't blink.
Not sure what to do?
