Streaming Stick shuts off audio after the ad starts

Software was updated upon new installation 6.1.25, and there is a similar problem reported and claimed to be solved, but it is not solved in the latest s/w update. So far, only solution is to unplug ...

We understand you’re having an issue with your new Roku Streaming Stick and want to gather a bit more info to better assist you.

Could you let us know the following?

  • Device info: Model number, Serial Number or Device ID, and software version (found under Settings > System > About)
  • Which streaming channels are you seeing the issue on, or are all other channels working fine?
  • Does this happen on all movies/shows, or just specific ones?
  • Are you using any kind of external audio setup with your Roku device? (Like a soundbar, AV receiver, etc?)

Once we have that info, we’ll be able to take a closer look.
