Streaming Stick 4K never shuts down after 14.0 update

Ever since updating to SW 14.0 on 11/15, my 3820R2 no longer powers itself and my TV Off when idle.  It used to work just fine before the update.  Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, what is the remedy.

    Is there a "Power saving" option under Settings->System->Power?  Maybe it got disabled.

      That's the very first thing I checked, and it's Enabled.  I've also toggled it a few times but to no avail.
