Streaming stick 4k: hotel/dorm function not working

Tried resetting network connections several times and it doesn't work.

Hotel & Dorm prompt never shows up when I connect to hotel wifi. It just says connected. Then when I check connection it tells me there's no internet. I'm able to use the same wifi network on my phone with no problem so I know there's internet. There really should be a physical option to click on for hotel & dorm connectivity so people can sign in to the hotel wifi instead of relying on a prompt that only sometimes works.

RokuEuniceL You’re either a robot, an idiot, or you don’t care about your customers. We’re not confused about how the feature works. We know how it works, we’ve used it successfully in the past and we’re posting on the website because the feature is malfunctioning. The solution is for Roku to fix the bug and push an update that includes the bug fix. If you’re going to ignore the problem then maybe you could at least do us the courtesy of not patronizing your customers along the way.

When connecting a phone or computer to this hotel's network, do you have to sign into a hotel login page via a web browser?   That is what the hotel/dorm feature is meant to get you through, since there is no web browser for Roku.

If the hotel network doesn't use a web browser login system, then you may need to contact the front desk to have them connect you, or at least tell you how to go about it.
