Streaming Stick+ & Re-pairing Remote

I recently had a Wi-Fi breakdown and needed to set up a new device. I have been reprogramming everything around the house, and I have completed all except for my Roku Streaming Stick+.

I have my remote, but for some reason, it needs re-pairing. The location where the stick is plugged in is not easily accessible, so I was hoping there was a way to reset it without having to physically unplug it. 

Anyone able to help?

    Can you reach the power connection to the stick?  Unplugging that will reboot it.  You don't need to reset it, per se.  Put the remote into pairing mode and then connect the power to the stick.  It should pair once the stick finishes booting.
