Streaming issues with a Roku TV as well as with Roku sticks

Recently our streaming via our Roku TV as well as those using the Roku sticks are having streaming issues.  ie:   on the Roku TV, the Live Guide boots us back to the home page without opening.  We've unplugged the TV over night, updated and even deleted and reinstalled the Roku app.  The problem continues.  Will not open other apps as well.  The same Live Guide issue happens with another TV using the Roku stick.  Anyone else having this problem?
