Stops working at least once a week or more. Not the internet going out.

Why am I losing it and have to unplug to reset at least once a week. I have the Ultra. I might stop using it. I have enough issues losing my internet with T-Moblie going out at least once a week, but the Roku issue is not a problem with my T-Mobile.
