When in Netflix or Amazon Prime,
have a show selected, as in Watch Next,
the Star/Option button has not function.
It used to pop up an option to remove/add from/to list. Right now, I have to use a mobile app to adjust.
This happens on both a Roku Ultra and Roku Streaming Stick+.
Tried Restart, updated the apps, Roku is up to date.
The button does work while in Paramount+ and others.

Additionally, we recommend attempting to reset the remote in the meantime. Resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and see if this makes any difference.

This is happening on two Roku Ultras and one Streaming Stick+.
3 different remotes
The Remote Reset and re-pair did not make a difference.
The * button works in the apps while playing a video and on the Roku Home Screen to move apps, and on Paramount+ to remove an item from a list.
Im having the same issue. I cant change my sound settings. When i press the star once nothing happens anymore. I am on the roku app.
