Star button doesn't open up picture settings for some reason

I tried all these methods. Tonight,  it doesn't work,  at all. Yesterday, it would work, if I restarted the roku device at the beginning of each movie. Tried restarting the Roku ONN tv several times....

stus18901 you mention both a Roku device and an Onn Roku TV. Is there any chance you have the wrong remote in your hand when you're trying the button press? I ask that knowing it's something I've done when I had a Roku player connected to a Roku TV, and it wasn't responding when I pressed a remote button.
